Shipment and Delivery

When you make a purchase on our site, you agree to provide an email address and a shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to change, reject or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will issue a refund equal to the amount your paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we intended to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping time and costs, these may vary due to unforeseeable circumstances.

Return-refund

Returns are accepted within 14 days (authorization number required). The products must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging. For defective or incorrect products, a shipping label will be provided.

We accept refund requests on our website for items that meet one of the following conditions:

  1. the item is damaged
  2. the item does not match the description
  3. the item was sent to you by mistake
  4. You changed your mind

Warranty

Defective items are subject to the manufacturer or supplier’s warranty.
